About Us
CCR GOA MEDIA is a registered society under the Societies Registration Act, 1860. The Society runs CCR TV – A Channel of God’s love. A small group of lay persons who were actively involved in the Catholic Charismatic Renewal felt the need to communicate in a new way the Good News which had renewed their own lives. Television was the chosen medium. The focus is to reach out to Konkani speaking people in India and all over the world. Programs are in Konkani or English. The Channel was inaugurated by Archbishop Filipe Neri Ferrao on 4th December 2017. Cable TV Distributors in Goa carry the signal all over Goa and there is a simultaneous live stream on an APP downloadable from Google Playstore. Social Media is actively used and we have, at present, besides being on this Website, are on Youtube, Facebook, Twitter and also on Instagram. The Channel is non-profit and is primarily supported by donations from those who wish to be a part of this evangelical effort.
